PURPOSE: To prevent misunderstanding of a driver through deformation of the reflection image of a crawler formed on a side clear plate by a method wherein a side clear plate formed in an arcuate shape in cross section is located to the lower wall part of the side of the driver's cabin of a hydraulic shovel.

CONSTITUTION: A driver's cab 4 is located on the slewing body of a running body provided on both sides with crawlers. A side clear plate 10 through which the outside can be seen from the interior of the driver's cab 4 is mounted and formed in an arcuate shape in cross section. This constitution prevents misunderstanding of a vehicle width through deformation of a reflection image 11 of a crawler projected on the lower side clear plate 10 during a night work and sharply improves visibility through the side clear plate 10.
