Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a vehicle to be prevented from being driven by a person, having or carrying no driver's license, by constituting the vehicle being unable to actuate a starter unless the driver's license is left as inserted into a license insertion part provided in the vehicle intended to be driven. CONSTITUTION:In case of driving a vehicle, first the driver inserts his license into a license insertion part H in an actuator device G. By detecting this insertion in a sensor E, a relay F is actuated closing its contact, and connecting a lead wire, connected to a starter D, to a power supply C, an engine is placed in a starting permissible condition. In this condition, by controlling an engine key closing an ignition switch A, the starter D is driven, starting the engine. By the device thus obtained, preventing the driver with no possession of the license from starting the engine, its driving can be prevented before occurrence by a nolicensed person or a person not carrying the license.
