Abstract:
To provide a driving assist apparatus for a manual transmission vehicle that, during deceleration travel, even if a driver quickly shuts off power transmission, allows driving assist with an automatic brake to continue until the vehicle stops.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a driving assist apparatus for a manual transmission vehicle. In the case where an ON state of a clutch switch 25 continues for a predetermined period of time during travel (S5, S9, S10) or turning ON of a neutral switch 27 (S8) is detected, an automatic brake control is turned ON (S12), and the automatic brake is operated according to the distance between the vehicle M and another vehicle F ahead of it or a stop line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
