Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement countermeasure control against an erroneous maneuver which a driver has performed on an accelerator pedal, implement control so as to assist a driver's maneuver to be expected thereafter, and thus prevent an unfavorable travel state of a vehicle derived from the erroneous maneuver on the accelerator pedal.SOLUTION: When detecting an erroneous maneuver which a driver has performed on an accelerator pedal, a takeoff control unit 20 implements driving force restriction control under which a driving force generated by a driving source is controlled to be smaller than a driver's request driving torque dependent on a maneuver quantity on the accelerator pedal. After the accelerator pedal is released, the driving force restriction control is lifted, and a signal is outputted to a brake control unit 22. When a brake pedal 14 is not depressed, brake pre-fill control to be lasted over a pre-set time is implemented. When the brake pedal 14 is depressed, brake assist processing for augmenting or correcting a brake pressure, which is imposed by the driver, until the brake pedal 14 is released is executed.
