Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving assisting device for a grab bucket type unloader capable of extending a service life of a rope and reducing a replacement frequency of a rope by suppressing excessive rolling out of the rope when a grab bucket lands on a top face of bulk materials.SOLUTION: A control device 30 determines that a grab bucket 8 lands on a top face of bulk materials when a force F measured by force sensors 26', 26 becomes less than a specified value during in lowering operation of the grab bucket 8, and outputs a lowering stop signal 28a to an invertor 28 of a motor 27 for winch drums including hoisting drums 15, 15' and opening/closing drums 19, 19'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
