A micro computer 14 inputs a electric current detecting signal 50, power supply voltage Vrs1, and solenoid-side voltage Vrs2, and computes voltage (a true value) between both ends of an electric current detecting resistor 11 from the power supply voltage Vrs1 and solenoid-side voltage Vrs2, and obtains a voltage signal 54 between both ends of the resistor corresponding to the voltage (a true value) between both ends, and then compensates a signal (an electric current reference signal 51, namely, a target signal) corresponding to an electric current supplied to a proportional solenoid 4, based on the voltage signal 54 between both ends of the resistor. Consequently, influence of aged change of an electric current detecting circuit 13 is cancelled, and controlling accuracy of the proportional solenoid 4 is improved.
