Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the packing density by omitting a channel stop between elements in a MOS transistor (TR) array to implement inter-element separation at a power supply level or a ground level.
CONSTITUTION: Adjacent MOS transistor (TR) arrays in plural MOS TR arrays in the drive circuit comprising plural MOS TR arrays of a same conduction type arranged on a silicon substrate 1 in an array form a unit cell and a source (S) region 2 of the MOS TR array is connected to a ground (GND) line to separate elements with the source region 2 in place of channel stop.
