Abstract:
To provide a driving device using a shape-memory alloy capable of performing an accurate positional control on a driven body in response to initial creep phenomenon without providing a detecting means.
The driving device using a shape-memory alloy comprises the driven body, the shape-memory alloy connected to the driven body, a heating part for heating the shape-memory alloy, and a controller for controlling the drive of the driven body by controlling the heating part. As an aging treatment at the beginning of using the shape-memory alloy, the controller controls the heating part to cause heating and non-heating at least a set number of times.
