Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent engine output from controlling based on an excessive engine output requirement controller variable and to prevent a driving force of an vehicle from increasing inadequately.
SOLUTION: The driving force control device of a vehicle comprises a behavior control device as a wheel side control device, and an engine control device. The behavior control device calculates an engine output requirement controlled variable Acupw for restraining deceleration slip of a driving wheel at deceleration of a vehicle, and outputs a signal of required variable. The engine control device receives the signal of required controlled variable via a communication path (step 210), a guard process is performed with respect to the required controlled variable (step 230 to step 350), and controls an engine output based on the required controlled variable in which the guard process is performed (step 360).
