PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving load estimation device, a computer program and a driving load estimation method capable of estimating a driving load in the near future of a driver.SOLUTION: A driving load estimation device for estimating a driving load of a driver of a vehicle comprises: an event determination part for determining whether or not, there are an event related to a driving load of a driver and a point where the event occurs, in a travel direction of the vehicle; an arrival time calculation part for, when it is determined that there is the point where the event occurs, calculating an arrival time required for arriving at the point; and a driving load estimation part for estimating a driving load of the driver based on the calculated arrival time and the determined event.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
