The cloth-moving pile loom has a drive transmission mechanism connecting a delivery-side terry motion member and a winding-side terry motion member to a common driving means, and the drive transmission mechanism has a swinging member driven by the driving means, a supporting member to support a corresponding terry motion member and a connection means composed of one or more connection members to connect the swinging member to the supporting member. One of the drive transmission mechanisms of the drive mechanism is provided with a drive changing means to change the swinging position of the swinging member included in the above drive transmission mechanism based on the rotary phase of the driving shaft and the drive changing means is actuated in the shifting process of the terry motion member.
