Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a driving system excellent in fuel consumption efficiency by appropriating an engine used for a track to the driver of a gyratory crusher and preventing both reduction of number of revolutions of the engine and an engine failure from being caused in the case of overload.
CONSTITUTION: The driving system of a gyratory type crusher is constituted so that a level detector 13 is equipped to the crushing chamber of a crusher 4 and a slip detector 12 is fittest to a driving shaft 112 and also a controlling device 14 described below is equipped. This controlling device 14 receives a signal of overload such as increase of a raw material level and reduction of numbers of revolutions of an engine obtained by the slip detector 12 and changes the feed rate in a vibrating feeder and also outputs a command signal for starting up an auxiliary motor 11.
