Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving system of high safety by making both compatible in the erroneous operation restraining function and the emergency operation function.SOLUTION: A driving system comprises an on-vehicle control part 21 for switching ON/OFF of an engine with operation to an IGSW 24 as a trigger, a D seat sitting sensor 31, a D seat side SC proximity sensor 33 and a P seat side SC proximity sensor 34. The on-vehicle control part 21 switches the engine to OFF from ON when a driver is not in an operable state of the IGSW 24, a passenger exists in an operable state of the IGSW 24 and the IGSW 24 is further emergently operated, without switching the engine to OFF from ON even if the IGSW 24 is operated when the driver and the passenger exist in an operable state of the IGSW 24 from a detection result of the D seat sitting sensor 31, the D seat side SC proximity sensor 33 and the P seat side SC proximity sensor 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
