Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise a work efficiency by dividing a data collecting and working device into that of a high speed and that of a low speed, and executing a data collection. CONSTITUTION:A scheduler 1 starts data collecting and working devices 8, 9 in accordance with the respective start periods, collects and works a data, and stores it in a data base 5. Basing on the data of this data base 5, an analysis of an abnormal state of a plant and a question and an answer are executed by an interactive diagnostic device 3 started by a manual operation input device 7, and a result of diagnosis is displayed on a display device 4. Also, the contents of this display are stored in a data base 6. In this case, as said data collecting and working devices 8, 9, the device 8 of a high speed type and the device 9 of a low speed type are used, and they are started periodically, respectively.
