Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop lock in which a drop bar can be vertically moved by simple operation.
SOLUTION: This drop lock is provided with a base 10 having a lock part 15, a drop bar 20 vertically movable along the base 10, and an operation member 30 movable along the base 20, the operation member 30 comprises an operation knob 31, a lock member 32 having a lock piece 37, and an unlocking member 33 having an unlocking protrusion 40, the lock piece 37 is held at an unlocking position apart from the lock part 15, it is formed so that it gets to a lock position to be engaged with the lock part 15 by the unlocking protrusion 40, and the unlocking member 33 is held at an apart position from the operation knob 31 by a spring 41 to put the lock piece 37 at the lock position for locking the drop bar 20. By pinching a finger pinch protrusion 35 of the operation knob 31 and a finger pinch protrusion 39 of the unlocking member 33 by fingers, the unlocking member 33 is moved against the spring 41 to put the lock piece 37 to the unlocking position for unlocking the drop bar 20. In this constitution, by pinching the operation knob 31 and the unlocking member 33 by fingers, and moving a hand up and down, the drop bar 20 can be moved vertically, thereby operation is easy.
