The rotating angle of umbrella is depend on the array and number of the tip accommodation part, and the angle decreases proportionally with increase thereof. If there are abundant in raindrop due to a heavy rain and the like, a device capable of absorbing the raindrops by power can be connected with the raindrop removing device. As the tip accommodation part is arranged at the height to which an infant can utilize, even the infant child can utilize visually, while checking the state of removing.
