To provide a structure capable of preventing even accumulation of dust-dirt to a lower part from a bottom part of an inner cylinder, without risk of damaging with a simple structure, in a dropping bar receiving tool capable of attaching-detaching the inner cylinder to an outer cylinder.
This dropping bar receiving tool is composed of the outer cylinder 10 fixed to the ground and the inner cylinder 11 fitted in this outer cylinder 10. The inner cylinder 10 is detachably fitted to the outer cylinder 11 by threaded engagement. A groove 15 capable of rotating the inner cylinder 11 by using a coin 16, is arranged in a top part of the inner cylinder 11. Due to being a structure for threadedly engaging the inner cylinder 11 with the outer cylinder 10, the inner cylinder 11 does not float from the outer cylinder 10, and the dust-dirt does not accumulate in a lower part of the inner cylinder 11. A tool is not required, and the inner cylinder 11 can be easily attached and detached by the coin 16.
