Abstract:
To provide a device operated so as to awake drowsiness when the device determines drowsiness of a person.
A physical condition determination device 11 determining a drowsiness state of a driver is provided to a steering wheel 1 which is fixed on a driver's seat. A Peltier element 6 that changes temperature by voltage application is internally provided to a rim part 2 of the steering wheel 1, accordingly constituting a temperature adjusting means TM. When a determination section of the physical condition determination device 11 determines drowsiness of the driver, voltage is applied to the Peltier element 6 of the temperature adjusting means TM and temperature of the rim part 2 is changed.
