Abstract:
To diagnose the compatibility among drugs specified in a prescription, and find out another suitable one if any of these drugs is incompatible.
A memory device connected with a control system has a drug information database that stores the efficacy, side effects, interactions and others of every drug available. When the names of two or more prescribed drugs are specified, the control system diagnoses whether these drugs can be taken concurrently, and if they cannot, the system searches and displays another combination of drugs that have the same efficacy as those in the prescription and can be taken at the same time.
