Abstract:
To arrange in a diametric direction in an internal peripheral surface of a rise up part 22 at least one lip 38 of a plurality of lips 36, 37, 38 in a seal member 17, by mounting it in an end part of a cylinder part 25 of a brake drum 16, making an external peripheral part of a brake panel 11 rise up in a side of the brake drum 16, also surrounding the diametric outward of the seal member 17 by this rise up part 22.
Even in the case a brake drum is deflected in a direction extending an axle by its deflection or the like to be separated from a brake panel, tight binding force in a diametric direction of at least one of a plurality of lips of a seal member can be maintained, seal performance of the seal member can be ensured.
