Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by maintaining a lifting and holding state of a drum can even at the time of breaking electric power source, to eliminate limitation for usage as a drum part clamping method and to easily correspond to piling-up of various drum cans different in height.
SOLUTION: A plural number of drum can clamp units 7 are arranged and installed on an elevating frame 6 suspended on an overhead travelling frame 2 by a wire 5. Each of the drum can clamp units 7 axially supports a plural pairs of clamp arms 15 to clamp a drum part of a drum can 21 on a support plate 14 suspended on the elevating frame by an air cylinder 12 for height adjustment free to adjust height and opens and closes it by an air cylinder 16 for clamping. A hollow frame constitutional member 9 of the overhead travelling frame 2 serves as a receiver tank to accumulate pneumatic pressure to be supplied to the air cylinder 16 for clamping.
