Abstract:
To carry out smooth motive power transmission to an electric wire drum 20 from a rotating roller 35 of a drum drive device 30.
A ring part 1b is installed on an electric wire drum 20. The ring part 1b transmits rotational driving force to the electric wire drum 20 from a rotating roller 35 by making rolling contact with the rotating roller 35 of a drum driving device 30. Consequently, it is possible to carry out smooth motive power transmission regardless of a surface state of the electric wire drum 20.
