To provide a drum screen which can form a total extension in a rotary drum 2 to be long and improve a screening effect, a crushing effect and a peeling effect of deposited powders or materials by making a longitudinal section of a rod 4 have an irregular shape.
The drum screen is provided which keep a tilted rotary drum 2 mounted in a machine frame 1, and a cylindrical screen 3 having a tilted center line c of the rotary drum 2 in common mounted in a tilted direction of the rotary drum 2, wherein the cylindrical screen 3 is formed by a plurality of rods 4 in a direction of the center line c having a screening gap t interposed in between, and a protruding shaft 4' in both ends of each of the rods 4 is formed so as to have an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of a bearing hole 6 formed in bearing flanges 5, 5' that are mounted at upper and lower ends of the screen 3.
