To provide a bag removing device which averts the wrapping around of refuse bags to the device, prevents the sagging down of the refuse bags, cords, wires, etc., from the holes and spacings of the outer periphery of a drum and has a bag rupturing function.

This device has the oscillation drum 50 which is arranged to incline and is provided with plural slits on its outer peripheral part, a net conveyor 30 which is disposed within the oscillation drum and recovers the classified refuse bags, stationary blades 65 which are disposed near the lower side of the oscillation drum and project through the slits into the oscillation drum, air ejection means which have air ejection holes 66 disposed adjacently to the stationary blades 65 and a discharge hood 70 which is disposed in the upper part of the oscillation drum.
