Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type clothes dryer which can prevent clothes to be dried from shrinking and being damaged to retain their shapes and can dry them evenly.
SOLUTION: This drum type clothes dryer dries clothes retaining much water, when they are at a standstill, with hot wind supplied into the drum 3 by rotating a heat exchange fan 6 while the drum 3 is stopped. And when water in the clothes is reduced and the clothes are almost dried, the drum is rotated to do the finish dry, reversely turning the clothes. In this way, when clothes include much water and may easily get out of shape if agitated, the clothes are dried at a standstill without rotating the drum. And after that, when the clothes include less water and may not get out of shape so easily, the clothes are agitated and dried by rotating the drum. Therefore, clothes can retain their shape and can be evenly dried at the same time.
