Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type ice making machine capable of smoothly introducing ice to an ice storage barn without staying on a slope.
SOLUTION: Ice making water is filled between an ice making tank 12 and a cylindrical drum 13, and the cylindrical drum rotates while being cooled. A cutter 14 is firmly fixed to the ice making tank, and a slope 15 having guards 16 is fixed on both sides in this cutter. Grooves 16a are respectively formed in a pair of guards. An ice guide plate 17 is inserted into the respective grooves. The ice guide plate is installed so as to be opposed to a part of the cutter and the slope, and demarcates an ice pushing-out passage 18 together with a part of these cutter and slope. A chute 19 is fixed to the ice making tank for guiding ice falling from the slope to the ice storage barn.
