To provide a safe drum type washing/drying machine capable of surely preventing sticking of laundry to the inner wall of the drum.
This drum type washing/drying machine includes a water tub 3 disposed in an outer housing 1, the drum 4 rotatably disposed in the water tub 3 and storing laundry, and a drying system 6 for drying the laundry in the drum 4. The drum 4 is provided with a plurality of communication holes 27 communicating a space between the water tub 3 and the drum 4 with a space in the drum 4. The water tub 3 is provided with a vent hole 14 facing the communication holes 27. When a blower 50 blows air toward the vent hole 14, the air passes through the vent hole 14, enters into the water tub 3, passes through the plurality of communication holes 27 and enters the interior of the drum 4. In a spin-drying operation, this constitution can remove the laundry stuck to the inner wall of the drum 4 using the force of the air.
