To easily attach and detach a filter in an inclined attaching/detaching route opened on a top surface and to eliminate the problems of ventilation resistance and foreign matter sticking treatment due to a grid for preventing the drop of foreign matters at a circulation air introduction port opened obliquely upwards in the attaching/detaching route.
Separately from the respective processes of washing, rinsing and dewatering, in order to catch the foreign matters such as waste thread by mounting a filter 91 on a filter chamber 36 in the middle of a circulation air sending route 5 for executing a laundry drying process by circulating air inside a water tub by a blowing means, the filter 91 is attached and detached through an attaching/detaching path 52 inclined to the front from the lower part to the upper part from an attaching/detaching port 51 opened on the top surface 44a of a washing/drying machine main body 44. A circulation air introduction port 78 with a grid 78a is provided on the front wall of the attaching/detaching route 52 and is covered with a detachable cover 141 with a grid 141a, and a recessed part 141b is provided on the side of the circulation air introduction port 78 of the cover 141.
