Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing and drying machine improved in finish of clothing.SOLUTION: In the drum type washing and drying machine, clothing is lifted by rotation of a rotary drum (3) and dropped by gravity force repeatedly, and hot air is blown into the rotary drum (3) to hit and warm the wet clothing to evaporate water from the clothing, the hot and humid air is then flown from a through hole provided in the rotary drum (3) to an outer tank (2) and suctioned from an inlet port into a duct and cooled and dehumidified to be dry and low-temperature air, and the dry and low-temperature air is heated again and blown into the rotary drum (3) in a circulating manner. The drying operation includes a first drying operation for rotating a blower unit (28) at a low speed, and a second drying operation for rotating the blower unit (28) at a high speed. In the first drying operation, air heated in a strong mode is blown into the rotary drum (3), and in the second drying operation, air heated in a weak mode is blown into the rotary drum (3).
