Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum-type washing machine with which dirt can be removed to move to the surface, thereby achieving great washing effect.SOLUTION: A drum-type washing machine includes a water tank 5 which is arranged in a box body 2 and into which washing water is supplied, a drum 6 which is arranged in the water tank 5 as a lateral axis and in which clothes are received inside, a motor 7 for rotating and driving the drum 6, a circulation air channel for the to-and-fro motion of air in the drum 6, an electrostatic atomizer 29 for performing Rayleigh-division of water and making water fine and supplied into the drum 6. In the washing machine, a steam washing step is performed in which water which is made fine by the electrostatic atomizer 29 is supplied to dry clothes before performing a washing step.
