Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drumless method and a bundle wire take-up/feeding out device that both permit a saving of resources, a decrease in water materials, an easy transfer of bundle wires of a relatively large diameter and weight at wiring fields, and easy and efficient wiring.
SOLUTION: The bundle wire take-up/feeding out device comprises a base frame 1, a rotary frame part 3 mounted on the base frame 1 for rotation on a horizontal axis P, and a rotating mechanism 2 for driving the rotary frame part 3. The rotary frame part 3 has a rear flange part 4, a guide part 5 constituted of a plurality of horizontal members 6 arranged on a cylindrical surface and mounted on the rear flange part 4 for radial expansion or constriction, a guide part expanding/constricting mechanism for radially expanding or constricting the guide part 5, and a front flange part 8 made up of a plurality of switching arm bodies 9 attached to the front ends 6a of the horizontal members 6 for selective positioning motion between a parallel and an orthogonal position with respect to the horizontal axis P.
