Title:
DRY APPARATUS FOR REMOVING ACIDIC GAS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS621441
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to selectively take out reutilizable unreacted slaked lime, by separating collected ash consisting of the dust, unreacted slaked lime and reaction product contained in the stock gas of an incinerator on the basis of the difference between the sizes of particles after grinding.

CONSTITUTION: The collected ash supplied by a collected ash feeder is sent to a classifying part by air from an air take-in port while receives grinding action by the rotation of the rotor 18 mounted to a shaft 17. At this time, because general dust contains an increased amount of a hard component and is markedly inferior to grinding property while slaked lime is easily ground into fine particles, said ash is separated into a fine powder and a coarse powder by the classifier 19 mounted to the shaft 17 and a powder containing an increased amount of slaked lime is issued to a fine powder outlet 20 and a powder containing a much amount of general dust is issued to a coarse powder outlet 21. The powder containing a large amount of unreacted slaked lime is recirculated to exhaust gas dust for the purpose of reutilization.
