Title:
DRY IMPROVED COAL ASH BACKFILLING TECHNIQUE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3046933
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the installation of a plant by back filling without producing lime slurry and spraying water after dry spraying of it at a soil improving land.
SOLUTION: Coal ash 1 and cement or slaked lime 2 are sprayed alternately so that they form their respective layers under dry condition, and water is sprayed when the thickness of these layers reaches a fixed limit. This procedure 13 repeated and, after a prescribed backfilling has been completed, much water is charged. However, when liquid is delivered to around it, the minimum required quantify of water obtained in a mixing test beforehand is charged uniformly. Into those places where it is difficult for backfilling materials to be directly sprayed locally, water is charged and flown during the spraying of the backfilling materials. Thus this work method can be used without providing a plant, and can apply to a wide range of works ranging from large works to small ones.
