Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the meandering of a base material while preventing the base material led out of a dryer from becoming wrinkled.
SOLUTION: A meandering correcting roll 9 of which the peripheral part is formed from a heat-resistant hard material and which has a continuous body of a double helical plane inclined in a left and right symmetric state to extend from the central part thereof to both side end parts thereof formed in the peripheral surface part thereof and a drive means 11 for oscillating and displacing the meandering correcting roll 9 in a direction correcting the meandering of a base material 2 when the base material 2 is meandered are provided in a meandering correction part 5 and the meandering correcting roll 9 is arranged so that the top parts of the double helical plane are turned downstream in the feed direction of the base material.
