PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhaler which comprises a blister package suitable for carrying a dry powder medicament and is used to realize an effective inhalation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an inhaler which is appropriate for delivering a medicament in dry powder form used in the treatment of respiratory diseases, particularly asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and allergic rhinitis by the oral route and has a mechanism preventing the problems resulting from inadvertent actuation of the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6a
