Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a dry shaving appliance which secures the use of a cutter provided so as to include the cleaning position of a long hair trim mer at an operation position.
SOLUTION: This dry shaving appliance is equipped with a housing, an electric driving mechanism 5 for at least one short-hair cutter 19 and the pivoted long-hair trimmer 7, a single control switch 4 which puts the pivoted long-hair trimmer 7 at and off the operation position and switches the electric driving mechanism 5, and a control switch 4 which is coupled with the long-hair trimmer 7 by a pivot lever 26 and a control rod 12. While the operation position is maintained, the long-hair trimmer is placed at a non-operation position by the control switch 4, and for this purpose, the control switch 4 has at least one position EIN(ON) and at least two positions AUS(OFF).
