PURPOSE: To prevent variations of drying by continuously or intermittently sucking air in an accommodation space from the other of a housing substantially in synchronism with supply of fresh air to uniformly form an air stream in the accommodation space and keep the inside of the accommodation space in predetermined low pressure dried atmosphere.

CONSTITUTION: In a housing 10 a fresh air dispersion plate 24 is disposed upward of a fresh air supply port 13 and a uniform suction plate 25 disposed downward of an air suction port 17. The fresh air dispersion plate 24 and the uniform suction plate 25 have predetermined size transparent holes formed in their entire surfaces, the fresh air dispersion plate 24 uniformly dispersing fresh air to parts in the housing 10 and the uniform suction plate 25 uniformly sucking air at the parts in the housing 10. An accommodation space 26 for noodle dough (an article 30 to be dried) is formed between the dispersion supply plate 24 and the uniform suction plate 25 in the housing 10.
