To provide a drying device of garbage which prevents draining defect from being caused by slime or mold generated in a sub-drain channel or a strainer provided in a sub-drain port, and clogging of a strainer, in the case of providing the sub-drain channel bypassing a drying vessel and discharging sink drain when drying garbage.

The drying device of garbage having the drying vessel 20, air supply pipes 34, 42, an air discharging pipe 32, and a fan 44, is provided with a pipe 50 for the sub-drain channel 52 discharging sink drain bypassing the drying vessel 20 and having the strainer 54 at the sub-drain port 48. The pipe 50 is connected to the pipe 32, and all of the drying air flowing out of the drying vessel 20 is discharged to a sink 12 side from the sub-drain port 48 via the pipe 50 from the pipe 32.
