Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a drying device capable of drying efficiently and safely even industrial products having a flammable organic solvent adhering thereto.
CONSTITUTION: A drying furnace 1 enclosed with heat insulating walls 4 is divided by a partition 5 into an upper drying chamber 6 and a lower inlet chamber 7. The partition 5 is provided with a first air blower 8 for sending air from the inlet chamber 7 to the drying chamber 6 and an external connection between the drying chamber 6 and the inlet chamber 7 is made by a circulating duct 10 which communicates with both the chambers outside the drying furnace. A heater 11 is connected through a duct 12 and a second air blower 13 to the inlet chamber 7, so that a hot air is sent into this chamber 7, and an air exhaust duct 17 fitted with a third air blower 18 is provided extending upwardly from the upper surface of the drying furnace 1.
