Abstract:
To provide a dryer capable of keeping an amount of heat received by a drying object from drying gas constant and of steadily heating a drying object up to a specified temperature.SOLUTION: A dryer 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a combustion chamber 20 equipped with a burner 30, a drying chamber 60 that dries a drying object W, a duct 70 disposed in the drying chamber to introduce drying gas from the combustion chamber 20, an ejection nozzle 71 disposed in the duct 70 to eject the drying gas, a return pipe 85 that guides the drying gas present in the drying chamber into the combustion chamber, a temperature detection part 88 that detects the temperature of the drying gas in the return pipe, a temperature detection part 72 that detects the temperature of the drying gas in the ejection nozzle 71, and a controller 90 that controls the burner output according to a signal detected by the temperature detection part 88 from the beginning of an operation until the temperature of the drying gas in the return pipe reaches a specified temperature, and controls the burner output according to a signal detected by the temperature detection part 72 after the temperature of the drying gas in the return pipe reaches the specified temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
