Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop as a technical theme new drying facility and its operational method capable of keeping requisite calorie per unit time by keeping a load of a drying machine when an air heating furnace to which a fluidized-bed combustion furnace is applied is used as a heat source for the drying machine, resulting in that a combustion state of the air heating furnace is stabilized and further an operation at a low running cost can be carried out.SOLUTION: This invention shows a feature that it sets in advance a moisture value of a dried product P that can be attained by processing a processed item by a drying machine 1, sets a moisture evaporating amount per unit time from the processed item at the drying machine 1, then an operation for keeping the calorie per unit time required at the drying machine 1 constant is carried out. There is provided a moisture meter 21 for use in measuring the moisture value of the processed item and there is provided a control device for performing controlling operation for automatic adjustment of a feeding amount of processed item to the drying machine 1 so as to cause an amount of supplied moisture per unit time into the drying machine 1 to be kept constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
