PURPOSE: To secure safety for a user by preventing mischief, by providing both a locking means whereby a door is locked when drying operation is started, and an unlocking means whereby the door is unlocked when it is recognized that when the drying operation is finished, one identifying information coincides with the other by a recognizing means.

CONSTITUTION: When a magnetic card 14 is inserted into a slot 13, and is mounted on a mounting mechanism 15, it is information is read out by a read/write mechanism 16. If it is a correct card, normal drying time T is read out from a storing device 19 and is set on a timer 20, following which the identifying information of its card is read out and stored in the storing device 19. After that, when a door 3 is closed, and a start key is inputted, an electric current is applied to an electromagnet 8 of a locking means, and a pin 7 is attracted and is passed through into a catch 5, and thus the door 3 is locked and the drive of a drying mechanism 18 is started. In the case where drying is finished before the drying time T elapses, when the magnetic card 14 is inserted into the slot 13, the identifying information information stored is read out again, and it is compared with the identifying in the storing device 19. When both of one identifying information and the other coincide with each other, the drying operation is finished and the door 3 is unlocked.
