Abstract:
To provide a drying method preventing explosion of solvent by maintaining a content ratio of the solvent included in a circulation gas supplied for drying an object to be dried to an upper limit or higher of the explosion limit concentration of the solvent over the whole of a circulation path: and to provide a drying device.SOLUTION: A solvent 12 to be selected is a component having a concentration equal to or higher than the upper limit of an explosion limit concentration within a range of temperature change in the whole region of the circulation path, a space for maintaining the condition of a saturation vapor pressure of the solvent in the circulation path is set and the temperature of the saturation vapor in the space is raised by a prescribed temperature to give a margin of the concentration up to a saturation condition to have a capacity for drying an object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
