PURPOSE: To make it possible to dry food which should be dried and raw garbage such as cooking garbage, leftover food produced in the household in a simple manner using a simple constitution, prevent decomposition of these garbages and malodor generated following the decomposition, and prevent the contamination due to condensed water and organic matters of exhaust gas.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided an inclined or horizontal storage container 2, a heating element 6 disposed opposite to the mouth part of the container 2 to heat an object to be processed and steam generated therefrom, a blower unit 7 provided at the element 6 for sending air into the container 2, rotary drivers 5, 5a for rotating the container 2, and a moisture condensing unit 4 which covers the outer sides of the container 2 and surrounds the container 2 together with the element 6.
