Abstract:
To provide a patient support device that allows a patient undergoing surgery to be moved with a support device top to many different positions and orientations depending on a particular surgical operation to be performed on the patient.SOLUTION: A surgical patient support device 10 includes a foundation frame 12, a support device top 14, and a brake system 50. The foundation frame includes a first column 24 and a second column 26.
