Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual fluid fire extinguishing system capable of transferring to fire fighting by only opening a gas supply source.SOLUTION: A dual fluid fire extinguishing system 1 includes: a gas cylinder 2; a pressure controller 4; an air-driven pump 14; and a dual fluid fire extinguishing implement 6 capable of jetting two fluids 22. A gas 16 supplied from the gas cylinder 2 is pressure-controlled by the pressure controller 4, and is branched into two systems of a fire-extinguishing gas hose 8 and a driving gas hose 10. One of the branched gases is sent to the dual fluid fire extinguishing implement 6 from the fire-extinguishing gas hose 8 as a fire extinguishing gas 16a. The another of the branched gases is sent through the driving gas hose 10 as a driving gas 16b of the air-driven pump 14. The air-driven pump 14 to which the driving gas 16b is sent pumps out fire extinguishing water 18 from a water supply source 20, and sends it to the dual fluid fire extinguishing implement 6. The fire-extinguishing gas hose 8 and the driving gas hose 10 communicate with each other on the gas cylinder 2 side, and are pressure-managed by the single pressure controller 4.
