CONSTITUTION: Conveyance of a material to be conveyed loaded on a roller 10 is carried out by rotating the roller 10 compulsorily while bringing power transmission rollers 14 into a pressure contact with the roller 10 after raising a support shaft 12 by means of a cylinder device 15 under a condition that the power transmission rollers 14 are rotated always by means of a chain 16 and so on through a sprocket 13.
