Title:
DUCT HOSE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1054497
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve heat insulating sound absorption and flexibility, by arranging an inner wall in which an air permeable tape is spirally wound and an outer wall in which a flexible tape is spirally wound, and arranging a hard spiral partitioning wall between the inner and outer walls, and filling a sound absorbing heat insulating member in a spiral space.

In an inner wall 2, an air permeable tape such as a polyester nonwoven fabric is spirally wound and the side edges of the permeable tape are connected to each other. In an outer wall 3, a synthetic resin tape such as soft vinyl chloride is spirally wound at a constant interval around the periphery of the inner wall 2, and the side edges of the synthetic resin tape are connected to each other. In a hard spiral reinforced partitioning wall 4, a platelike synthetic resin such as polyethylene is spirally wound around the peripheral surface of the inner wall 2 while a lower end surface 4a whose thickness is a little bit increased is fixed and erected in a peripheral direction, and an upper end surface 4b is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the outer wall 3. Therefore, the partitioning wall 4 is made to serve as a spiral partitioning wall between the inner wall 2 and the outer wall 3 so as to form a spiral space, and a sound absorbing heat insulating member 5 formed of a foaming resin tape having a successive bubble structure, such as foaming urethane, is filled into the spiral space. Therefore, flexibility, heat insulation and sound absorbing property can be improved.
