The duct member 40 is tightly fixed to the back side of a panel base material 12, thereby partitioning the air flow passage 44 connected to an air conditioner unit 26 and an air outlet 24. The duct member 40 is made of hard urethane foam, thereby providing the heat insulating function. A support part 42 disposed on the duct member 40 is butted on a reinforced bar 28, thereby providing the shock absorbing function.
