Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a duct-inserted sheet pad capable of suppressing lifting of a duct formed from a sheet material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a duct-inserted sheet pad 10, in which a lower mold protrusion 43 protruding from a molding surface 42M of a lower mold 42 in a foam molding mold 40 is inserted into an outlet 25 of a duct 20, the duct 20 is set in the lower mold 42, and the outlet 25 is closed by the lower mold protrusion 43, and a foaming resin raw material 50 is injected into the foam molding die 40 to foam the same. The duct 20 is formed from a sheet material 30. A part of the lower mold protrusion 43 is composed of a magnet 44, and a magnetic member 27 is attached to a portion of the duct 20 that faces the magnet 44 of the lower mold protrusion 43 when the duct 20 is set on the lower mold 42. When the duct 20 is set in the lower mold 42, the magnetic member 27 attached to the duct 20 and the magnet 44 of the lower mold protrusion 43 are magnetically coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
